PU castors are made of polyurethane polymer compound, which is an elastomer between plastic and rubber. Its excellent and unique comprehensive performance is not possessed by ordinary plastic and rubber. The castors are internally lubricated with General purpose lithium-based grease, which has good water resistance, mechanical stability, corrosion resistance and oxidation stability. It is suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction parts of various mechanical equipment within the working temperature of – 20~120 ℃.

Product introduction

The elastomer of PU castors has good properties such as abrasion resistance, chemical erosion resistance, high strength, high elasticity, low pressure resistance, wear resistance, strong shock absorption, tear resistance, radiation resistance, high load bearing and shock absorption. The single ball bearing adopts the mixed form of sliding friction and rolling friction, and the rotor and stator are lubricated with balls and equipped with lubricating oil. It overcomes the problems of short service life and unstable operation of oil-bearing.

Features

1. The wear resistance is very excellent, especially in the presence of water, oil and other wetting media, its wear resistance is more prominent, up to several times to several times of ordinary materials.

2. PU castor has good physical and chemical resistance. The polyurethane castor oil has the advantages of oil resistance, ozone resistance, aging resistance, radiation resistance and low temperature resistance.

3. The bearing capacity of PU universal wheel of the same specification is 6-7 times that of rubber tire.

4.Single ball bearing has low noise and long service life. The advantage is that the noise will not increase after long-term use, and no lubricant is required.
